Queen Anne Apartments is an 11-unit apartment project consisting of two buildings over an underground parking garage with 12 parking spaces. The site had difficult slopes that required extensive foundation and shoring systems. Most of the apartments are flats organized around a central courtyard that includes amenities such as a stormwater detention garden, accessible access, and a bridge linking the buildings and providing access to a rooftop deck with fabulous views. This project takes advantage of Seattle incentives for green building by taking an FAR bonus in exchange for achieving a BuiltGreen 4-Star rating.
